This 9,285 sq. m. seismic replacement project replaces the majority of the existing Carson Graham Senior Secondary School, leaving only the 2256 sq. m. 2001 addition intact. The resulting secondary school will have a nominal capacity of 1100 students. 99% of construction cost is related to the new addition, with renovation costs related only to tie-ins between the existing and new structures.
