Summary
The new Suncor Energy Tenant Improvement project is located in downtown Calgary in Suncor's Corporate Head Office. Eleven existing floors will undergo a major renovation to become LEED Canada-CI Gold candidates. Design highlights include locally manufactured demountable walls, high recycle content carpets, improved HVAC and lighting controls and a comprehensive recycling program.
