Summary
The Interplex Centre, located in South East Calgary, is an 11 storey office development by EPIC Realty Partners. Designed by Abugov-Kaspar Architecture, the building will feature a high efficiency HVAC system, significant water use reduction measures and exceptional indoor air quality. The project is pursuing a LEED Core & Shell Silver certification in support of EPIC’s sustainability goals of reduced carbon footprint and minimized environmental impact.
