Driver House (Dawson Creek Native Housing Project)

The Native Housing Society is a three storey building with a partial basement and crawl space. The wood framed structure has a flat roof and is being designed to meet LEED gold. The exterior cladding is a combination of EFIS, wood and cementitiuos siding. There will be a sprinkler systems and a dry system to the crawl space.
