Eagles Nest is a four-storey 33 unit affordable housing complex for low-income aboriginal people in Williams Lake BC. Primarily wood-frame construction, the building sports a high-performance building envelope and efficient mechanical system. In addition to the residential units 4 offices are provided for staff. There are several amenity spaces including a lounge, kitchen, coin-operated laundry, and Smudge Room.
